My children. My loves. My home. My world.
My reason why.
Some say home is a place, for me it's a feeling. Being with my children and spending our days together makes me feel at home. Slow mornings drinking coffee, baking together and cuddles with a movie on the sofa. Adventures to the coast, sand in-between our toes, the feel of sea air and the sound of the sea. It's the simple things in life that bring the greatest happiness. It's creating memories with my children that I adore so much. They are my reason why for everything. They are my inspiration. The love I have for being a mother and the connection I have to them reflects in my work. I feel it so deeply, I know you do too so I'll observe and capture those moments for you too.
My Journey
Creativity and art is an outlet I've always been drawn to. As a young child, I was a very quiet and shy soul. Art became my way of expressing myself without using words. I had my first camera when I was in college experimenting with a few different areas of art. It began by styling my sister and taking black and white portraits of her. I got fascinated by seeing the beauty in women and empowering them through photography, while they can't see it in themselves. I believe photography is a lot more than just documenting photos. It's a therapeutic process that can actually make you feel better about yourselves. It's empowering, powerful and beautiful.

MY INSPIRATION
My inspirations come from those closest to me. The love I have for my children and my little family. The love I have for nature and being out in the wild. Abstract art has always fascinated me. Black and white documentary photography is a big inspiration for me.Cinema and movies inspire my style. Motherhood and women inspire me. Also, my inspirations sometimes comes from within. Just going with my creative mind and what feels right at the time. Our own artist vision and mind is crucial to creating art.
